In the cellar
Brunello is a wine born from time and from the care it receives while it ages.  Its aging process is a rite and the cellar at the Barbi Farm is the temple in which this rite has been taking place for more than a century.  Here lie bottles which date back as far as 1892 together with the barrels which will give us next year’s Brunello.  Here all guests are welcome and greeted by our young and passionate guides of the Farm:  daily wine cellar tours are organized for singles or groups, clicking the links here on the right will give you further details.
