The Tavern
Barbi’s Tavern opened in 1972 has been completely renovated in the past year. Montalcino’s local and typical dishes are served using our farm products. It is an exquisite peasant cuisine, where rich dishes are not missing, characterized by the delicate art of seasoning our plates with the one hundred aromas cultivated in our garden. From the juniper berries (Coccole) with sweet bay, for great red meats like boar, to sage with calaminta, from chives to tarragon: a unique symbiosis between old and new fragrances which magnificently accompany each other with the great Brunello
