At the Farm, you can find a plaque which remembers Giovanni Colombini with these words: “he conducted his farm business towards multiple initiatives.” This commitment has been carried out by his daughter Francesca and today by his grandson Stefano: at the Barbi’s, hospitality has been declined past the simple offer of splendid wines, excellent cheeses and cold cuts. Barbi’s Tavern was born for this reason and this reason alone, so that our guests could enjoy these products, made by following ancient Tuscan traditions.
